Attention all animal lovers!

Let me tell you about this wonderful quarterly online magazine called lmnop. It's free (always a good thing), it takes no time to download and it's full of unique and individual baby and kids products from all over the world. Issue 3 is out right now and it is all about the animal kingdom. Gorgeous toys and gadgets and of course fashion!

On the front cover you will find cheeky little Emma wearing the Pink Bird in Tree T-shirt by Danefae and Strawberry skirt by Ej sikke lej. Browse a bit further in the mag and you will come across a cute Owl feature. Lucky us as we love owls so we were more than happy to contribute to this great theme. Check out Owl PJ's by Snoffs and Big Owl Tee by Ej sikke lej.

Ps. When you are done reading lmnop head over over to one of our absolute favorite sites - Babyology to see a great post about Plastisock.

Splash out

Winter is well and truly here with surprisingly cold mornings (the other day it was 6 degrees and we live in Queensland!). I could hardly believe it and let alone thinking that is going to be like this for the next three, four months. Brrrrr....Lucky there is so many cosy, snug and warm outfits out there, especially for our little precious bubs. For the really tiny ones you can't go wrong with an All in One. No awkward gaps between the top and bottoms where the chill can sneak in and if you choose a suit with feet there will be no incidents with lost socks and cold feet!

One of our absolute favourites in the suit department is the Splash range from nanoou. Check out the June/July issue of Australian Parents magazine where it is featured. We also stock the suit in green and in grey with white Splash print. This is definitely a must have for cool winter days. A bonus is of course that it is entirely made of 100% organic cotton. Yeah, go green!

Oh, so cosy

Fabulous My Child magazine - Winter issue is out now. Please run out and get it as it truly is a great publication. I love reading about the latest in baby and toddler care, fashion (of course), news, other mum’s stories, interior ideas and much much more!
We are thrilled that some of our cool threads have ended up in the fashion shoot – ‘get knotted’! The feature is just too adorable, cosy and snug with all the beautiful knits and earthy, warm colours. Check out the unique Grey Valley jumpsuit by Katvig for little infants. Maybe your little one is a funky kind of bub, in that case he will love Ej sikke lej’s Afro Tee. For the style queen you can’t go wrong with Katvig’s classic black and white stripy scarf.

The Green Corner - May

Yesterday we launched our new look newsletter. Brighter, happier, bigger and better! We just love that we can now show our customers a bit more of what's new in the shop, specials and great gift ideas amongst a lot more exiting features. Judging by the response we have had already I think you guys like it too which makes us very happy:)

One thing that has been on our mind for a while now and just waited for the right time and medium to be launched is the 'Green Corner'. We are so impressed with all our labels for their effort to make the world a better place for our kids to grow up in and they all have their unique approach to it. We wanted to share that with you so we all can 'go green' and be stylish at the same time. In the 'Green Corner' this month is Danish nanoou that just in two short years has managed to go from designing beautiful clothes for babies and kids to having their entire range made of 100% organic cotton. How good is that for the environment and our kids!? Check out their gorgeous collection here.
